Position Summary
This role will be responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs including airframe structures, engines, and aircraft systems. The Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) will make repairs and conduct tests to keep equipment operating efficiently and safely.
Relocation to Cleveland, Ohio is required and assistance is available.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform all airframe and powerplant repairs and modifications required to meet company and FAA requirements.
- Remove and disassemble defective parts; assemble and install of replacement parts and testing aircraft system.

AMT - Test & Delivery Team
Position Summary

Delivery & Flight Line Manager
Position Summary
Manages, coordinates and oversees all activities related to execution of an interior & paint completion, AMO activities and Flight Line at our facility. Ensures the facility, personnel, processes and systems are functioning to quality, safety and efficiency standards expected by the Company and Client. The Delivery & Flight Line manager will work closely with several departments and will report directly to the VP of Operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the completions and refurbishment, and aircraft exterior painting for all aircraft coming out of production
- Responsible for all Flight Line activities post production up to and including delivery to our customer.
- Responsible for managing the AMO activities including the demo aircraft.
- Oversee modification at facility contracted to accomplish interior completion and paint.
- Review progress of subcontracted interior components to outside vendors.
- Ensure systems and processes Flight Line operations activity are established, communicated and working properly.
- Ensure engineering, quality and certification requirements are maintained.
- Facilitate inter-departmental coordination to support master schedule.
- Maintain oversight of status and progress and report that status to the Customer and senior management on a periodic basis.
- Responsible for reviewing allocation of resources to meet program or Customer priorities.
- Facilitate a positive relationship with Completion and Paint Centers.
- Maintain safe working environment within aircraft at facility.
- Collaborate with Production Manager to develop Standard Operating Procedures that align completion goals with production schedule; revise as necessary.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Will directly supervise up to 10 employees on delivery team and will indirectly be responsible for any other production employee when working to support department goals and objectives. Accomplish supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include reviewing employees’; planning, assignments and vendor relations.
Education & Experience
- BS degree in Business or related field; 5 plus years relative experience leadership in a Flight Line, AMO and interior/exterior completions; equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of supervisory experience with proven results
- 5-10 years experience in a manufacturing Aerospace environment
- Aerospace industry experience (Parts 145, 135, 21)

Interior Installer
Position Summary
The Interior Installer will remove & install refurbished interiors including cabinetry components, galleys, closets, divans, lavatories, side ledges, bulkheads, trim, panels, carpet and similar accessories for the completion of VIP aircraft.
Relocation to Cleveland, Ohio is required and assistance will be provided.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely perform corporate aircraft interior removal
- Prepare and install aircraft interior items in accordance with company operation procedures and quality standards
- Coordinate with supervision and inspection to ensure compliance with installation procedures
- Fit and installation are to be completed in compliance with approved specifications and quality standards
- Adhere to all regulatory documentation regarding: proper sign off, component installation, etc.

Manufacturing Engineer
Position Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the Aircraft Assembly and/or Fabrication processes. This person will lead and manage day-to-day support of process plans, detailed work plans, cost reductions, safety and ergonomic issues as well as other assignments.

Parts Associate
Position Summary
Nextant Aerospace is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Procurement Department as a Parts Associate at our facility in Cleveland, Ohio. Overall, this position will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day activities associated with warehousing and distribution of aircraft parts and supplies. This position reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintaining acceptable inventory of parts to support Nextant operational requirements. This will include the use and establishment of Min/Max levels.
- Maintain accounting and order system to ensure that proper approval levels are utilized. Perform incoming inspection of parts and materials before items are placed in stock or issued for use on aircraft.
- Provide proper security for parts inventory.
- Coordinate ordering, tracking and receiving of parts with other departments.
- Assure shipping of parts and material is within applicable regulations.
- Assure proper documentation accompanies all parts and material received and issued for use.
- Follow up with vendors regarding order status, vendor performance and resolve problems regarding quality and supply as required.
- Parts ordering, parts receiving, shipping, packaging, maintaining inventory control and integrity.
- Verify condition and documentation of aircraft parts.
- Monitor time sensitive shelf life controlled items.

Senior Structural Technician

The Senior Structural Technician works under general supervision to safely layout, fabricate and install parts, equipment and fabricated items on aircraft following established operating procedures. This position works independently to meet the goals and objectives of a team assigned to an aircraft.

- Coordinate with supervision and Inspection to ensure compliance with internal and FAA paperwork, sign-offs and quality specifications.
- Follow standard operating procedures when using adhesives, sealants and solvents.
- Install assemblies in supportive framework according to blueprints, using hand tools, power tools, and lifting and handling devices.
- Lay out and marks dimensions and reference lines on material, using scribes, dividers, squares, and rulers.
- Determine sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal products, using blueprints, sketches, or product specifications.
- Select gauge and type of sheet metal or nonmetallic material, according to product specifications.
- Inspect assemblies and installation for conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments, such as calipers, scales, dial indicators, gauges, and micrometers.
- Build tooling as required; shape and form complex angles and configurations according to blueprint specifications or written/verbal information.
- Safely operate shop equipment such as: brakes, presses, riveting equipment, shears, and hand tools associated with sheet-metal functions.

Wire Harness Fabricator
Position Summary
The Wire Harness Fabricator will be responsible for the assembly and/or modification of the wiring harness component that will be used in the production process of upgrading a fleet of corporate aircraft.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and terminate wiring harnesses to a high quality and repetitious manor for aircraft installation.
- Perform a variety of aviation electrical and fabrication processes to include but not limited to wire marking, soldering, crimping, connector termination and assembly.
- Perform electrical wiring modifications to equipment removed from aircraft.
- Routes and ties wires to form wire harness (cable) used in electrical and electronic equipment or systems
- Explain assembly procedures or techniques to co-workers.
- Inspect and/test wiring installations, assemblies or circuits for resistance factors.
- Ensure work meets quality standards set by Company.
- Work and take direction from team leader for project completion.
- Confer with supervisors regarding any anticipated production problems.
- Complete all required paperwork for harness and component fabrication.
