Business Operations Manager

Position Summary

Nextant Aerospace is looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager that will be responsible for the complete aircraft sales cycle from new lead generation to contract completion. This role will manage the creation and control of contracts for new and current clients, vendors, dealers, and/or service center agreements in both domestic and international arenas. This position will report directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating leads and handle initial contact with potential clients
  • Contact with clients and attorneys regarding new contract generation and negotiation of contracts to completion
  • Manage contract processing, regulatory filings, and regulatory procedures
  • Format and produce contract documents, including incorporation of changes into existing contracts, tables, and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Accounting Departments to control allocation of available inventory and preparation of sales forecasts
  • Track executed contracts and receipts of closing funds
  • Update customer databases and complete lead reporting
  • Provide general assistance to various departments with questions on document creation, distribution, review and/or negotiation of contracts with vendors
  • Responsible for the quality control of the contract process and management with a strong attention to detail
  • Support Nextant Marketing efforts
  • Provide other miscellaneous administrative and project support as directed by the VP of Sales and Marketing

Education & Experience

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in developing and maintaining contracts
  • Excellent legal drafting skills
  • Experience with marketing and sales processes
  • Industry knowledge is beneficial
  • Sales Force or relevant product experience is preferred, but not required

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe products and MS Office, with an emphasis in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Innovative, creative, and able to work in a fast paced environment with ever changing needs
  • Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Successful candidate will be exceptional at prospecting new business and developing client relationships while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Passionate attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Must have a positive attitude and be adaptable and flexible

Contracts & Sales Support Specialist

Position Summary

Nextant Aerospace is looking for an experienced Contracts & Sales Support Specialist that will be responsible for the complete contracts process and support the sales and marketing departments in a variety of diverse initiatives. This position will report directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities

Contracting Responsibilities:

  • Manage the contracting process from initial contact with clients and attorneys regarding contract generation and negotiation to contract completion in both domestic and international arenas

  • Assist in scheduling demonstration flights and updating database to reflect status; follow up and note appropriately
  • Provide support to existing customers relating to billing questions, service levels, contract questions or general inquiries
  • Assist in the coordination of regional events and statics displays
  • Support Nextant Marketing efforts

Education & Experience
