In 1980 Kenn founded Corporate Wings, an aircraft management and charter operation providing charter flight service to corporate clients. He expanded Corporate Wings’ operations to include other aviation support services including aircraft maintenance, fueling and storage.

Chief Financial Officer
Mike Rossi began with Corporate Wings in 1984 and has spent the last 21 years developing innovative business strategies in the Aviation Industry. Mr. Rossi has managed all facets of General Aviation: Fixed Based Operations, Maintenance Facilities, Management of Aircraft and the buying and selling of Corporate Aircraft. He has also been involved in the purchasing of and divesting of all the facets of General Aviation mentioned above. Corporate Wings Management Company at the height of its operations in 1998 was the 10th largest in the United States.

Miller started his career as an engineer and programmer with IBM Federal Systems Division, having responsibilities for various avionics and ship-board systems design and development efforts. In 1968, he founded Miller Aviation and later Miller Avionics and Miller Information Technologies, serving as their President and CEO.

Mark O’Donnell initially started with Corporate Wings in 1985 as Director of Maintenance for the FAR 135 Charter Operations. Mr. O’Donnell implemented and managed the first aircraft maintenance operations of Corporate Wings, as well as the day to day duties of the maintenance management requirements of the charter operations.
