Action Aviation to Distribute the World’s First Completely Remanufactured Business Jet in Europe, the Middle East and India

CLEVELAND, OHIO and DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, November 13, 2011 – Nextant Aerospace, maker of the 400XT, the world’s first completely remanufactured business jet, today announced that it has entered into an agreement that authorizes Action Aviation to become the exclusive sales agent for the 400XT in Europe, the Middle East and India. The announcement of the partnership with Action Aviation came at the biennial Dubai Airshow, one of the aviation industry’s most prestigious global showcases, where Nextant and Action Aviation co-presented.

CLEVELAND, OHIO, October 10, 2011 – Nextant Aerospace, maker of the 400XT, the world’s first completely remanufactured business jet, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Beechcraft Sales and Service GmbH (Beechcraft Augsburg) to open the first factory-approved service center in Europe for Nextant-manufactured aircraft. Nextant also announced that it has entered into agreements with Emery Air, Inc. to provide service for the 400XT in the Chicago area and with Jet Works Air Center to provide service in the Dallas area.
