Constant Aviation, based at Cleveland Hopkins Airport, has been involved with the EMB-135 product line since 1998 serving both corporate and commercial (shuttle) operators. We provide customers with the highest quality workmanship and comprehensive support ranging from complex projects to routine scheduled events. We are proud of our expertise in the EMB-135 product line as demonstrated by our history – the first Authorized Service Center to complete a 48-month inspection on a Legacy 600 and the only company to remove and replace a complete Legacy 600 wing assembly as well as three EMB-135 nose sections. To date, we have completed thirteen (13) 48-month or equivalent inspections and have logged over 750,000 hours on the EMB-135 platform. Currently, we provide maintenance services for the majority of the US registered Embraer Legacy fleet (~ 70% in 2007.) Our Cleveland facility boasts a 60,000 sq. ft. 3 bay maintenance faciltiy with access to 35,000 sq. ft of additional hangar space. This 35,000 sq. ft. facility includes an expansive hangar, a fleet of 2 maintenance vehicles, complete laboratory and testing facilities, and 15,000 sq. ft. of long-term storage space.
The facility also offers full parts distribution of 2,200+ line items and maintains a $500,000 of aircraft parts and avionics, $300,000 of which are King Air components.
