Nextant Aerospace was launched as an aircraft modernization and remanufacturing company in 2007. The company was created to meet specific market demands for aircraft that exhibit the latest in business jet technology without passing on the overwhelming financial burden typically associated with “clean-sheet” design aircraft.

The company’s business plan includes a comprehensive modification program that has broad market appeal to new aircraft buyers, existing aircraft owners and the military.

For the past 4 years, Nextant has worked towards the certification of our first production aircraft-the 400XT. The 400XT is a remanufactured Beechjet 400A/Hawker 400XT that features a new Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 flight deck, new Williams FJ44-3AP engines and multiple aerodynamic enhancements. The resulting aircraft exhibits a range of 2005nm (4 pax, NBAA IFR reserves) with a remarkable 32% reduction in operating costs.

By applying a factory-based, standardized approach to the remanufacturing process, Nextant is able to deliver an aircraft that is “new” in all material aspects with a full tip-to-tail warranty program. Clients also benefit from standardized flight crew training in a full-flight simulator, an extensive service center infrastructure and readily available bank financing.
