Nextant Aerospace has launched an aircraft modernization retrofit program to fill a market demand of a modern, medium range (2000 nautical mile) business aircraft priced under $5.0 million dollars.

Nextant Aerospace, LLC was formed in 2007 for the primary purpose of developing an aircraft modification program. In 2008 Nextant merged with Constant Aviation and began building its support network with facilities in Cleveland, Ohio and Birmingham, Alabama.  These combined resources provide the foundation to aggressively pursue the modification, modernization and support of Corporate Jet aircraft to fill certain market demands of the industry.

The company’s business plan includes a comprehensive modification program that has a broad market appeal to new aircraft buyers, existing aircraft owners and the military.

Over the past 9 months, the Company has completed the preliminary engineering phase and due diligence required in order to minimize risk and ensure the success of the program
